Our big valve clone cylinder head fits Honda GX160, GX200, Predator 212cc NON-Hemi, Predator 224cc and many other small block clone non-hemi engines.
Our big valve head comes with stainless steel 32mm intake and 25mm exhaust valves. Precision Multi-Angle valve seat machining, intake and exhaust ports ported polished and flow tested on our Superflow 300 flowbench to ensure port flow and velocity is verified and pass the test. We also vacuum check our heads during our valve seat machining process to ensure the best possible valve seat concentricity is established. With this package we include our dual valve spring kit, titanium valve spring retainers, automotive style valve locks. We ensure the valve spring installed heights are adjusted accordingly to provide the proper spring rates at closed and open valve events by adjusting retainer height and or spring pad machining.
